The Plot
The movie revolves around Laxmikant Kabadiya aka LK (Anupam Kher), one of India's richest industrialists, who dies while having sex with a starlet Kim (Rakhi Sawant) on the night before the IPO of his company. His greedy family, consisting of his twin sister Prerna (Mahabanoo Mody-Kotwal), his two sons Ranjeet (Mukesh Tiwari) and Sameer (Murli Sharma), their wives Shruti (Mannat Kaur) and Anju (Mona Ambegaonkar), and his grandchildren Sanjana (Heena Biswas), Namrata (Madhavi Singh) and Pawan (Jay Soni), decide to hide his death until they sell all the shares of the company. They are aided by their family guru Vidyut Baba (Om Puri) and their loyal servant Ramu (Paresh Rawal).
However, things get complicated when they have to deal with various obstacles such as a blackmailing Kim, a suspicious police inspector (Pratima Kazmi), a nosy reporter (Jayant Gadekar), a rival businessman Malwankar (Raj Tilak), and LK's illegitimate son Munna (Ranvir Shorey). They also have to stage fake funerals for LK's relatives and friends, using dead bodies from different sources. They even have to make LK's corpse appear at these funerals, using various tricks and gadgets. Will they be able to pull off this scam or will they get exposed?
