One Shot CSQ

A turning shop contacted Alticolor to resolve an issue linked to using worn tools to make titanium screws. Basically the vibrations caused by the tools were causing micro-cracks in the screws, making them brittle. We suggested our micro shot-peening treatment, which eliminated the cracks and restored the failure load values such that they fell within an acceptable range.
